AskReview sp. z o.o. provides the following categories of professional B2B services:

- ▸Logistics & Supply Chain Consulting: Digital transformation of cross-border supply chains, warehouse management, and logistics automation.

- ▸AI-Assisted Services: Implementation of AI-powered operational tools subject to the EU AI Act and applicable EU regulations.
All professional service engagements are subject to a separate written Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties. These Terms govern general website use in the absence of a specific agreement.
3. Website Use
This website is intended for B2B informational purposes only. You agree not to:

Deliverables produced under a professional services engagement are governed by the intellectual property provisions of the applicable MSA or SOW.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Polish Civil Code, Act of 23 April 1964), AskReview sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on publicly available information herein.
Liability for contracted professional service engagements is governed exclusively by the applicable MSA. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any non-public information shared during sales discussions, project scoping, or service delivery is treated as confidential by AskReview sp. z o.o.. We do not disclose client identities or engagement details to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law or court order.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland, unless mandatory EU consumer protection law requires otherwise.
